Job Description
We are searching for a positive, enthusiastic, and compassionate person to fill a night shift supervisory role at our Findlay location, supervising 20 – 50 employees and participating in continuous improvement teams for cycle time & scrap reduction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in supervision (plant supervision a plus)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prior injection molding experience a plus
