Regional HR Director

American Senior Communities is hiring a Regional Human Resources Director to support the Home Health Division and Senior Living. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field and minimum two to three years' experience in employee relations and human resources process management. Must live within driving distance to the Home Office in Indianapolis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
• Minimum two to three years' experience in employee relations and human resources process management
• Must have experience working in healthcare HR services
• Requires extensive traveling throughout North Central Indiana and must be able to travel between buildings and some overnight stays may be required
