Role Overview

Join our team as a Human Resources Director at our nursing home where you’ll play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting our dedicated staff.

What You Will Do

Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws, develop and implement retention strategies to support staff engagement, manage payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations, address employee concerns and maintain a positive workplace culture.
