This Manager of Global Strategic Partnerships role involves developing and implementing strategic plans focused on key areas like Group Membership and Large Group Engagement, Special Interest Groups, and International Alliances. The position requires strong relationship-building skills, project management abilities, and the ability to manage member engagement and organizational communication to increase membership. An emphasis on Spanish language skills is desired, and international partnership development is crucial.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Chief Policy and Member Engagement Officer to develop and implement a strategy around group membership and large group engagement.
- Oversee the GI Practice Partners Program
- Provide guidance to Special Interest Groups.
- Develop Annual Engagement Plans
- Assist with Implementation of Activities
- Manage recruitment and retention efforts for Group Memberships
- Oversee International Member Liaisons Program
- Explore alternative membership models
- Oversee implementation of international initiatives
- Travel approximately 5-10% of the time, both international and domestic
