Job Description
ATSI is seeking a Program Specialist – Science Advisor to support the Office of Naval Research (ONR) with program and administrative support for the Global Science Advisor Program. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with experience supporting U.S. Government Science and Technology (S&T) programs.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least seven (7) years of relevant work experience, OR Associate’s degree with at least ten (10) years of U.S. Government Science and Technology (S&T) program support experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency managing customer requirements across a broad range of administrative and program support tasks, including briefing preparation and maintaining administrative program documentation and history.
- Experience supporting the administration, execution, and evaluation of management or program initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to professionally interact with senior military and civilian leadership, including O-6 and GS-15 level personnel, across Joint, Navy, and Marine Corps organizations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in planning, scheduling, and managing conferences and multi-day meetings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while supporting program leadership and stakeholders.
