We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join American Tower Corporation in our Woburn, MA office. The role involves receiving and sorting mail, assisting with meetings, following security policies, inventorying office supplies, and other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Professionally manage all incoming calls and correspondence
- Prepare sign-in and security logs and ensure they are properly recorded
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels
- Maintain a clean appearance in the main common areas
- Coordinate and track service calls for office equipment
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist with office event planning/department projects
- Handle special administrative projects and overflow work from other departments
- Assist office manager and Administrative Assistants with event planning
