The Human Resource Business Partner will provide general HR support for managers and leaders, partner to drive Human Resources and business initiatives, and ensure smooth executions of Human Resource processes.
Requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on wide-ranging topics
- Partner with managers and leaders to help achieve their business objectives
- Support organizational design and restructuring efforts
- Collaborate with corporate Human Resources functions
- Support employee relations issues
- Assist with coordinating and delivering training programs
- Participate in various projects and initiatives
- Work collaboratively with Global HRBPs
- Produce and analyze reports from Fusion HR
- Plan, organize, and deliver in person and virtual employee events
- Assist with analyses to evaluate programs' effectiveness and implement improvements
