The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the direction, coordination, and evaluation of product movement and customer service. They will ensure budgeted revenues, expenses, and targets are met, and work with the General Manager to develop annual facility budgets. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety and occupational safety laws and guidelines, and for maintaining operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of merchandise.
