Operations Manager

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations at the Prospect NSW site, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant movement of product, and delivering exceptional customer service outcomes. This role plays a critical part in driving operational performance, leading team capability, and supporting supply into high-volume convenience retail networks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior leadership role within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong exposure to convenience retail supply chains, with experience supporting networks such as convenience/fuel retail operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• 3-5 years’ leadership experience in warehouse or logistics operations
