Senior Loan Processor

AmeriHome Mortgage is looking for a Sr. Loan Processor to join our Consumer Direct team, responsible for submitting the loan for initial loan decision and working directly with the customer to fulfill all necessary conditions for closing.

Requirements

• Process residential mortgage loan files from initial application to funding
• Review loan application and gather loan documents from the customer and third parties
• Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company and/or investor policies
• Build rapport with borrowers and provide on-going communication to the customer regarding loan status
• Prepare file for loan closing and coordinate with all necessary parties involved
