Job Description
Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive procedures for retail and correspondent lending divisions. Translate complex information into clear and user-friendly documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of procedures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of related experience in Mortgage Lending
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
- Intermediate knowledge of industry specific regulatory requirements (CFPB, FHA, HMDA) preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of risk management practices
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
- Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or similar certification preferred
