Job Description
AmeriLife is seeking an experienced Director, IT â HRIS to own the enterprise delivery, governance, and operational success of its Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with Workday as the core platform.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience with strong background in enterprise application development, delivery and operational support of on-prem or SaaS platforms.
- Workday experience required, including HCM, technical system configuration and security.
- 5+ years of experience owning vendor delivered enterprise platforms or managing Service Integrators.
- Strong experience with: Enterprise HRIS platforms and integrations, SDLC, Agile delivery, and release management, Production support, incident management, and audit readiness, Integrations: Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, PICOFs, Web Services, etc.
- Six Sigma, Agile, and/or other PMP methodologies.
- Demonstrated success leading vendor relationships and complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to exercise appropriate judgement and handle highly sensitive, confidential information.
