Job Description
AmeriLife is seeking an experienced and hands-on Director, IT – Workflow Platforms to own the enterprise delivery, governance, and operational success of its workflow application platform internally branded as Workbench. This role is accountable for ensuring the platform effectively supports business workflow automation needs while meeting enterprise standards for scalability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience
- 5+ years owning or governing vendor delivered enterprise platforms or managing service integrators
- Strong experience with IT SDLC, Agile delivery, release and change management
- Production support, incident management, and operational governance
- Enterprise integrations and workflow driven applications
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively as a Director level individual contributor
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including executive level communication
