Job Description
AmeriLife is seeking an HCM Analyst to join our team. The HCM Analyst will work on the HRIS team and support the optimization, enhancement, and maintenance of the company's HR systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong process orientation, willingness to learn and add an impact, and prior experience with Workday HCM.
Requirements
- Perform configurations for core HCM and supporting modules
- Lead system functionality testing and issue resolution
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create, edit and prepare reports, analytics, and dashboards
- Create core system elements following internal HRIS standard operating procedures
- Take ownership of data integrity audits in the system
- Monitor the HRIS team inbox and provide Tier 1/2 support for all HRIS requests
