Job Description
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Specialty Infusion Pharmacists to provide after-hours/on-call coverage, ensuring continuity of care for patients receiving specialty infusion therapies.
Requirements
- Active Pharmacist License in California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty infusion, home infusion, or hospital-based IV therapy, with a strong clinical background in Ig therapy
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently in urgent situations
- Experience with IV pumps, infusion therapy protocols, and specialty medications
- Excellent communication skills for patient and provider interactions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in an after-hours setting
