Registered Nurse Regional Manager (West Region)

The RN Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting infusion nursing services within a designated region. This clinical leadership role includes direct supervision and support of field infusion nurses, coordination with partner agencies, and oversight of clinical documentation to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Multistate RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in infusion therapy
• At least 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership, supervisory, or management role
• Experience working with home health agencies or in home infusion care settings
• Strong knowledge of home infusion therapy, patient care standards, and clinical documentation best practices
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Google Workspace tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
