Regional Nurse Manager position available at Legacy Community Health, responsible for driving exceptional patient care and elevating clinical standards in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act for Licensure
• Manage operations and outcomes of designated clinical departments
• Communicate clinical nursing concerns to the Director of Nursing
• Engage in hiring, coaching, and performance reviews
• Create tools for routine chart reviews
• Address patient complaints
• Organize orientation schedules
• Ensure proper incident reporting
• Facilitate and conduct monthly trainings
• Participate in provider meetings
• Conduct audits on inventory and patient care practices
• Follow organizational policies and contribute to policy writing
• Deliver routine feedback and assist in ongoing evaluation of clinical services
