We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is passionate about patient care and can demonstrate strong leadership skills as a Nurse Manager to guide our team into yet another year of being one of the best in the nation!
Requirements
- Supervises the caliber of treatment and care of the patients and performs RN duties as needed
- Assists with department hiring, employee training and development, counseling and disciplinary actions, performance assessment, and retention of assigned staff
- Communicates, collaborates, and coordinates with interdisciplinary team members to provide quality patient care and to ensure positive patient outcomes
