AmeriPharma is seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to strategize, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, and YouTube Ads.
Requirements
- Plan, launch, and manage paid search and video campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, and Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising).
- Design full-funnel PPC strategies aligned with brand goals, targeting criteria, budget allocation, and performance benchmarks.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to maximize reach, relevance, and efficiency.
- Monitor budgets and campaign pacing to ensure efficient spend and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and video performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and native ad platforms.
- Continuously test ad variations, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.
- Monitor competitor activity and stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and new advertising tools.
- Deliver clear, actionable reports on campaign performance to stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.
