Job Description
The Fraud Prevention Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with customers, internal business lines, and law enforcement on fraud prevention, and developing and/or assisting with marketing material bank-wide to inform customers/employees of fraud detection.
Requirements
- Assist with reporting fraud, resolving issues, and strengthening customer relationships
- Respond to reports regarding fraud and electronic disputes
- Inform necessary departments to protect accounts against additional fraud
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and corporate policies
- Develop and/or assist with marketing material to inform customers/employees of fraud detection
- Chair the Fraud Committee
- Collaborate with internal business lines on fraud activities and prevention
