Create and execute regional sales strategy and detailed sales plans for Asia Pacific territory, manage and coach the local sales team, and exceed personal quota.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in life sciences sales, specifically with consulting/services to pharma, biotech, and/or medical device industry;
- Capability to motivate employees
- Extensive experience in Request for Proposals, Request for Information, Bid Defense process in the life sciences industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to adapt under regularly changing conditions
- Excellent command of English, written and verbal
- Outstanding organization, analytical, and problem-solving skill
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skill
- Proficient leadership qualities
