The Regional VP of Sales APAC will cover the APAC region and be responsible for the development and execution of the Asia Pacific commercial strategy, including profitable sales growth, business development, and talent management.
Requirements
- Bachelor of science, engineering or equivalent
- MBA would be a plus
- 10+ years of leading sales teams, preferably in a software/technology environment
- Experience creating and implementing proven successful commercial strategies for creating demand
- Strong collaboration & negotiation skills
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas
- Outstanding project management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel
- Strong people management capabilities
- Language skills: English to a business standard. Other Asian languages are an asset
