Regional VP of Sales -APAC

Regional VP of Sales APAC will cover the APAC region, overseeing commercial activities, managing business development, and leading sales teams. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in leading sales teams, preferably in software/technology environment, and a strong background in creating and implementing commercial strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of science, engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of leading sales teams, preferably in software/technology environment
• Experience creating and implementing proven successful commercial strategies for creating demand
• Strong collaboration & negotiation skills, showing ability to influence without ownership
• Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas
• Outstanding project management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel
• Strong people management capabilities, including acquisition of world-class talent
