Regional VP of Sales APAC will cover the APAC region, reporting to the Regional Managing Director, and will be responsible for developing and executing the Asia Pacific commercial strategy, fostering strong loyalty with existing customers and partners, and establishing the company as the leader in physical security.
Requirements
- Bachelor of science, engineering or equivalent
- MBA would be a plus
- 10+ years of leading sales teams, preferably in a software/technology environment
- Experience creating and implementing proven successful commercial strategies for creating demand
- Strong collaboration & negotiation skills, showing ability to influence without ownership, gaining support and trust across the organization to achieve agreed upon business outcomes
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas
- Outstanding project management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel
- Strong people management capabilities, including acquisition of world-class talent, development and motivation/coaching of high-performance teams
- A personal style that is viewed as open-minded and collaborative
- Should be self-motivated and results-oriented, have excellent analytical skills
- Must be independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Language skills: English to a business standard. Other Asian languages are an asset
