The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the hiring, direction, and performance of warehouse associates. The role oversees functional areas of the warehouse, ensures compliance with safety guidelines and DEA regulations, and supports the development of employees. The Warehouse Supervisor also monitors work processes, makes suggestions for improvements, and implements changes as directed.
Requirements
- Requires broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations.
- Normally requires a minimum of two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
- Must possess basic mathematical skills, good decision-making skills, and strong organizational skills.
- Must be willing to work extended hours, take part in weekend on-call rotation, and participate in physical inventory.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and establish and maintain positive working relationships.
