The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the hiring, termination, direction, and performance of associates, as well as overseeing the functional areas of the warehouse, including receiving, shipping, and order filling. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, DEA regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar field
- Minimum of 2 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience
- Ability to communicate effectively as a leader, both orally and in writing
