Accounts Receivable Administrator

As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable functions, responding to inquiries, communicating with customers, and maintaining internal controls.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience/skill in lieu of degree
• 2+ years’ of Accounting or Accounts Receivables experience required. Manufacturing or aerospace a plus
• Microsoft Excel proficient (v-lookup, pivot tables, sum/if)
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and courteously
• Manage time and meet deadlines
• Deliver results; be data and metrics driven
• Cooperate effectively with teammates throughout the organization
