Director, Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources will lead and support global human resources initiatives at Haydon Kerk Pittman, driving business performance and fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for talent development and operational excellence, collaborating with global shared services teams. The position operates within a matrixed environment and requires strong collaboration and influence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field; or equivalent
• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong track record as a strategic business partner with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Proven experience managing HR functions across multi-site and global teams, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations
• Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law (Federal, State, and Local), and compliance requirements
