Job Description
The Director, Human Resources will contribute to the development and execution of the business's annual strategic plan, reporting directly to the Division Vice President of Human Resources. This senior staff level role will guide the strategic direction and lead the efficient execution of activities to profitably grow the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university; in Business, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field.
- 7+ years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local employment regulations.
