DVP, Business Manager, Spectro Scientific/Grabner Instruments

AMETEK Fluid Analysis is seeking a VP, Business Manager to lead Spectro Scientific and Grabner Instruments, a global leader in fluid analytics instruments. This role will oversee the P&L, manage sales and marketing, and oversee the engineering side of the business. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Create monthly business forecasts.
• Assume responsibility for a P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Create the businesses’ annual operating budget.
• Manage Working Capital metrics to meet forecast and budget goals.
• Develop strategies to grow service and spare parts revenue.
• Develop tools, processes, and training programs for customer support.
• Evaluate new areas/markets to expand the business.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and marketing communications.
• Manage product management and new product development.
• Manage new product development (NPD) reviews.
• Ensure business element alignment around NPD initiatives.
