The HR Analyst will support the administration of the HR function across EMEAI, performing tasks such as data gathering, background checking, and compensation administration.
Requirements
- Prior HR or administrative experience in an HR environment
- Ability to prioritise and work quickly and accurately
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills in English, with any other European languages an advantage
- Proactive and curious minded
- Able to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Great attention to detail and a drive to meet deadlines
- Confident user knowledge of MS Office, SAP Success Factors, and Power BI an advantage
- Confident and curious user of AI tools
