Job Description
Customer-focused HR Analyst role providing timely, accurate, and efficient HR transactional services to employees, managers, and HR professionals. Analyze work process design and flow to improve client experience and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline
- 2-4+ years of relevant HR experience
- Experience managing high-volume HR requests and data administration in shared service center
- Experience managing data in HRIS systems and/or using Workday
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pace and deadline-driven atmosphere
- Ability to learn processes, policies, and apply CORE principles for continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong computer skills or aptitude
- Flexibility to work in different time zones
