The Inside Sales Director leads commercial and inside sales activities for the Packaging segment, driving profitable growth, developing a high-performing sales organization, and strengthening customer relationships through technical credibility and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related)
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 7-10+ years of progressive commercial or technical leadership within defense, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineered products, specifications, and manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated success leading an inside sale, applications engineering, or technical sales team
- Strong financial and analytical skills related to pricing, cost modeling, and margin management
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High personal organization, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience with CRM systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work effectively across all functional groups and influence without authority
