Job Description
The TMC Americas Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve orders & sales targets, develop new business, and drive year-over-year growth. Responsibilities include building business strategies, executing action plans, and providing sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in engineering or other technical degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales in a technology-oriented organization
- Experience with Semiconductor, Electron Microscopy, Life Science, Photonics, Vibration Control
- Sales experience of capital equipment
- A proven record of growing the business as a technical sales team leader
- Experience with market research, pricing, marketing communications, competitive analysis
- Highly organized, effective time management, prioritization and follow-up skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- A strong ability close new business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent presentations skills in English
