Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Haydon, Kerk and Pittman. The successful candidate will analyze, develop and specify manufacturing processes to efficiently meet quality and on-time site metrics. The role also involves mentoring less experienced personnel and supporting various plant safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering field (manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, etc)
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Yellow belt certification in lean six sigma manufacturing principles and practices
- Advanced knowledge in machining processes, plastic injection molding processes, and good machines shop practices preferred
