Requirements

• Lead a team of highly skilled associates in the manufacturing of ultra-precision components
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, safety, quality, supply chain, material planning, and other production to drive end-to-end delivery
• Manage daily and long-term key performance indicators tied to financial and operational metrics
• Drive continuous improvement of the value stream
• Ensure EHS compliance and work cooperatively with the EH&S Manager
