We are actively hiring for a Vice President of Engineering to lead the technical vision and strategy of the engineering function. The role is responsible for driving innovation, product development, and technical excellence across the engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in motion control, automation, or electromechanical systems
- Proven track record of delivering innovative and complex motion products to market
- Deep understanding of motor technologies (stepper, servo, BLDC), drive electronics, actuators, lead screws, encoders, gears and control systems
- Working knowledge of electronic and mechanical CAD based development as well as Software and embedded Firmware development
- Proven track record of developing high performing teams
- Strong leadership, excellent oral and written communication, mentoring and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent in English with multiple languages preferred
- Accustomed to leading global teams, multiple cultures and different time zones
