Associate - Commercial Insights and Analytics

Amgen is seeking an Associate - Commercial Insights and Analytics to support decision-making across therapeutic areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong pharmaceutical forecasting and analytics experience, high data fluency, and emerging AI tool familiarity to help shape Amgen’s next generation forecasting and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical forecasting, commercial analytics or Market research
• Master’s degree in business analytics / relevant field
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and working knowledge of Python/SQL
• Familiarity with technologies and applications, and hands-on experience to analyze, synthesize, and integrate various secondary data
• Knowledge in data, analytics, research, and/or dashboarding & reporting approach
• Proficient analysis and project management skills to turn unstructured business issues into action plans that result in meaningful strategic or tactical recommendations
• Ability to drive implementation to enhance methodologies and standard processes
• Strong oral and written presentation skills, with ability to explain complex concepts verbally and visually via PowerPoint
