• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to software developers and DevOps engineers, fostering professional growth and high-performance teams.
• Oversee full-stack development, including front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js/Angular/Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Express.js) technologies.
