Requirements

• Assess and evaluate academic needs of youth
• Provide professional instruction and teaching to a diverse population
• Motivate and guide youth toward the successful accomplishment of established educational goals and objectives
• Supervise classroom activities and computer based assignments
• Maintain timely accurate and complete youth records
• Serve as advisor and positive role model for youth at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms and education facility
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
