The Instructor role assists with program academic learning and testing functions, and various classroom activities. The primary objectives include facilitating lesson plans and ensuring student’s success in earning credits or GED.

• Assess and evaluate academic needs of youth
• Provide professional instruction and teaching to a diverse population
• Maintain timely accurate and complete youth records
• Exhibit patience and empathy in appropriate situations
