Job Description
The hospital is looking for an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant in Hudson, NY. Must have 2 years ED experience, NY license, DEA, and Board Certification. Shift availability and vaccination card required.
Requirements
- Must have NY license and DEA at the time of presentation
- Must have clean malpractice/background for temporary privileges
- Must be Board Certified - Prior to Name Clear
- Must send self-query NPDB and EPA with presentation
- Must submit vaccination card with presentation
- Must have 2 years ED experience
- CV (Curriculum Vitae) must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format
- Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent-on top
- Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV
- EPA (Please use the attached EPA. It is also in Trio under your Name & then click on Help)
- All Licenses, Boards and Certs with expiration dates must be listed on CV
- Anyone with malpractice must provide a NPDB
- Anyone with legal issues must provide supporting documents
- Availability
- 1st date they would be available?
- How many shifts would they be able to do per month?
- What month is their schedule completely open?
- Any shift preferences (Day, Night, Blocksetc.)?
- Any dates in the next 3-6 months they cannot work?
- Any Holidays in the next 3-6 months would they be open to work?
