Job Description
To lead Process Safety and provide expertise to drive process safety management activities within Manufacturing to achieve compliance with Policies/ Guidance’s and build Process Safety Excellence Culture to achieve ultimate goal of Zero Harm.
Requirements
- Effective implementation of PSM programs
- Influencing and engaging manufacturing sites/line functions
- Managing and mitigating complex safety challenges
- Capability building of line function professionals
- Constantly keeping control over High-Risk Processes/Storages
- Deep knowledge of Process Safety methodologies
- Clear understanding of DSc, RC, ARST, Dust studies and its preventions
- Support New Product Introduction/Projects
- Tracking and pressing for onsite completion of high-risk actions
- Regularly reviewing and ensuring accuracy and robust implementation
