Job Description
The EHS Manager Process Safety is responsible for implementing, supervising, and optimizing EHS programs for the Visp site, with a focus on process safety management. The role involves developing continuous improvement strategies and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and international standards.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Process Safety and High Hazard legislation
- Competent in risk analysis techniques
- Profound work experience within the Chemical or Bio-manufacturing industry
- Proven process understanding in Biopharma manufacturing (cGMP & safety aspects)
- Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong presentation skills for developing and delivering training to elevate knowledge, skills and behaviors at multiple levels of the organization
- Dealing with high level of ambiguity using coaching skills
- Fluent in English
