Job Description
The EHS Manager drives the successful implementation and continuous improvement of Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety (EHS) programs in collaboration with assigned manufacturing facilities.
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environments
- Swiss safety specialist certification (EKAS, ASGS) or comparable EHS qualification
- Strong knowledge of Swiss safety regulations and occupational safety practices
- Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead safety discussions, incident investigations, and training programs
- High social competence and ability to influence safety culture; German is an advantage
