Senior Training Specialist

The Senior Training Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity, compliance, and effectiveness of training programs supporting GxP manufacturing and GDP pharmaceutical distribution/operational processes. This role involves maintaining accurate training records, administering the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring all employees and contractors are trained in accordance with regulatory, quality, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of experience in training and development, GxP or GDP experience preferred
• Strong understanding of cGMP, GDP, and distribution practices
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
