
Job description
Reporting to the Manager Customer Care Learning Experience, the Senior Training Specialist will develop and deliver training programs to enhance the competencies of the OLG Customer Care teams. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering training that meets and exceeds business needs.
Develop and deliver training programs across multiple formats, assess training effectiveness, and review ongoing programs to ensure training material and content is up-to-date.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience planning and delivering training, demonstrated knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principles, and ability to manage large training groups.
