The Senior Training Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, executing, and documenting comprehensive training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of internal and external customers. This role demands exceptional communication skills and ability to engage in technical discussions with diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Create, revise, and facilitate web-based training, instructor-led classroom training, and virtual training programs
- Develop course materials and content relevant to the field of expertise
- Oversee all training metrics, desired course outcomes, evaluations, and feedback
- Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery
- Update existing training materials and equipment to ensure relevance and accuracy
- Conduct regular validation testing of workshop activities to ensure training effectiveness and alignment with current industry standards
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective face-to-face and telephone interactions
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the training function
