The Lead Trainer, Learning and Development is responsible for facilitating classroom/virtual training programs, developing content, and focusing on skills development for front-level associates.
Requirements
- Work on soft skill training program for various Business Units in the organization
- Partner with Business units to outline deliverables, expectations, and risks
- Assess training and development needs through various resources available
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum training effectiveness
- Define ROI on every training program delivered
- Design training courses and content necessary to meet training needs
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs
- Act as a liaison with L&D and the business units to ensure consistency with practices
- Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the L&D function
- Be a team player and act in accordance with the organization’s code of conduct always
