The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for assessing training needs, designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs to meet the learning needs of employees and the goals of the organization. They work to ensure that associates and leaders acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Conduct needs assessments, develop and implement training solutions, design and develop training materials, deliver training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in using learning management systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
