Learning Specialist - Corporate

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team who shall handle training and learning activities for our employees in India offices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing our organization's training and development programs.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, conduct interactive training sessions, work with managers to determine areas of focus, and design and deliver various training methods.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a masters degree in HR, learning, and/or organizational development, certification in training and development, and 5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Training, or similar roles.

Requirements

• Masters degree in HR, learning, and/or organizational development
• Certification in training and development
• 5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Training, or similar roles
• Proven success in setting up L&D teams, processes, and systems from scratch
• Creative and innovative approach to training design and delivery
• Experience in managing an LMS, Cornerstone preferred
